Riverbed Global Customer Success (GCS) Credits are prepaid services. Often when budget planning starts, it is unknown what type of assistance may be needed, or your business requirements may change down the road. GCS Credits enable customers to allocate an upfront budget prior to identifying specific engagements. Customers interested in flexible consumption of offerings can choose from a menu of GCS Credit options, for up to twelve months.
